- According to Austrian law there is no legal right to cancellation or withdrawal for leisure activities for which a specific point in time or period of time is contractually stipulated (§ 18 Abs. 1 Z 10 FAGG), such as American Improv's events. - Customers acknowledge that American Improv's events are held in English unless otherwise indicated. Customers accept English as the language of negotiation between themselves and American Improv.
- Customers agree to conform to all legal requirements for gatherings of people at the time of the event (e.g., masks). If gatherings of people are prohibited by law (e.g., lockdown) at the time of the event, customers accept that replacement classes will be held online via Zoom.
- Customers accept the American Improv Privacy Policy and agree to provide personal data as required by law.
- Customers agree that their contracts with American Improv are subject to Austrian substantive law. Unless § 14 KSchG provides otherwise, exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from and in connection with these Terms and Conditions is the court at American Improv's principal place of business in Vienna, Austria.
